Here are the rules of the Pool Killer.
Once the names have been taken and written down in random order you will be shouted to the table when it’s your turn.
We start with 3 lives. Women and children start with 4 lives.
You get ONLY 1 shot per turn……
If you successfully pot any ball ( apart from the white ) then you have finished your turn until you are called up to play again.
If you miss the shot then you lose a life and your turn is over until you are called to play again.
If you miss 3 times, loosing all your lives then i’m afraid you are out :(…
If you manage to get down to the last 2 in the competition… This is where it’s slightly different than in many places in the uk….
If you both players have 1 life left each then it’s basically the first person to miss… looses.
If 1 player has 2 or more lives and the other only has 1 life then the player with 2 lives or more has more opportunities to miss without loosing as they will simply loose a life and the pressure is on the player with only 1 life left….
